Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Dir. Gen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa looked entirely different with hair.
Late this week, the PNP chief donned a new hairstyle and looked suave and different. He posted a photo of himself wearing a wig and paired with a white polo.
In his photo caption, Dela Rosa injected some humor that is related to the recent events in the Senate.
He asked Sen. Leila de Lima: “You may or may not answer this question: Who is more handsome, me or Secretary (Vitaliano) Aguirre?”
It can be recalled that De Lima attacked Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, accusing him of presenting and fabricating evidence against him. De Lima said that the evidence is “fake and cosmetic” like his hair.
“Secretary Aguirre’s alleged evidence against me is like his toupee, his wig – fake and cosmetics only. There is nothing into it other than that. Nothing’s authentic,” De Lima said.
In defense, the justice secretary said that the senator is just running out of reasons. That is why he is resorting to attacking him personally.
“Nauubusan na ata ng katwiran si Secretary De Lima (De Lima is running out of reasons). Bukod sa baluktot na mga pahayag niya nitong mga nakaraan ngayon wala na (Her past statements are crooked), she’s [now] resorting to attacking personalities,” Aguirre told the media.
However, after some time, Aguirre also attacked De Lima and told her that he may be losing his hair, but the senator is losing his mind.
On other news, Dela Rosa’s post has already garnered thousands of likes. As of Saturday, October 15, it has 24000 reactions.
The post itself has also been shared thousands of times. As of posting, its current number of shares is at 3,400 times.
Do you think Dela Rosa should keep the wig altogether and use it on a daily basis from this point onward?
